24-126. The bill extends the Conservation Easement Oversight Commission
and the program for certifying conservation easement holders indefinitely
and increases the maximum amount of conservation easement tax credits that
may be certified through 2031. The sponsors presented amendments L.017
and L.018 (Attachments D and E).
