Representatives Pabon and Van Winkle, co-prime sponsors, presented House Bill 18-1011, which allows publicly traded companies to invest in medical and retail marijuana businesses and limits which types of investors are subject to disclosure and background investigations.  A strike-below amendment (amendment L.001) was distributed to the committee prior to the hearing [Attachment J].
