After commission discussion it was decided to approve the form in statute without specific agency references but to include language that the Attorney General's office would be responsible for identifying and naming the agencies or individuals that should be included in the form, including stopfraudcolorado.gov. In answer to other drafting questions, commission consensus was to include a 90-day referendum/petition clause and to specify September 1, 2024 as the effective date.
