	08:31:51 AM	Scott Kellar, Homeland Security Coordinator, North Central Region, Division of Homeland Security and Emergency Management, presented to the committee on challenges with cyber security as compared to other state security management.
	08:35:37 AM	Mr. Wisch discussed details of the cyber reserve program, including recruitment, training, and management.
