and explained Senate Bill 24-100. The bill gives the Colorado Department
of Transportation the ability to issue closures and equipment requirements
over an expanded area of state highways and interstates, creates heightened
speed enforcement zones in Glenwood Canyon, and creates a new traffic offense
for commercial vehicles driving in the left lane in Glenwood Canyon. Senator
Roberts distributed a handout on the bill (Attachment A).
