Representative Snyder and Representative Catlin, co-prime bill sponsors, presented Senate Bill 22-146, concerning the expansion of the Colorado Housing and Finance Authority's Middle Income Access program. The bill requires the General Assembly to appropriate $25 million to the Division of Housing in the Department of Local Affairs (DOLA) to expand the Middle Income Housing Access Program. DOLA must contract with Colorado Housing and Finance Authority to administer the funds. Representative Snyder provided a handout to the committee (Attachment C).
