and Mabrey, prime sponsors, presented House Bill 24-1251. This bill continues
the regulation of debt-management service providers in the Department of
Law, which is scheduled to repeal on September 1, 2024.  Representative
Snyder explained the effect of the bill and discussed its need.  Representative
Mabrey provided further input regarding the merits of the legislation.
