Commissioner Gardner concurred and Commissioner Tipper added that some of the General Assembly's recently enacted legislation in this area was contentious and the act would most likely not be well-received. Commissioner McGihon shared concerns with how this act integrates with Colorado's existing statutes and the commission needs to study it to see if there is anything useful to Colorado in the act and asked Commissioner Love to ask the ULC to provide a comparison memo.
