Representatives Saine and Titone, co-prime sponsors, presented House Bill 20-1069 to the committee.  The bill establishes a minimum staffing level for the state's Well Inspection Program and requires the identification and prioritization of high-risk wells.  A number of handouts were distributed (Attachments A, B, and C).
