The bill requires that employees of retail liquor stores and liquor licensed drugstores who are between the ages of 18 and 21 be supervised by an employee who is at least 21 years old in order to sell alcohol. The bill also clarifies that employees of liquor licensed drugstores who are between 18 and 21 years of age may not deliver alcohol, but may sell and otherwise have contact with alcohol. He provided a handout and Amendment L.001 to the committee (Attachments A and B).
