and Representative Bradley introduced and gave opening remarks on Senate
Bill 24-148. The bill allows a facility approved for use as a precipitation
harvesting facility located within a storm water detention and infiltration
facility to use detained water. The facility must be approved as a pilot
project under a State Engineer-approved substitute water supply plan or
as a permanent project operating under a water court-decreed augmentation
plan.

tax credit for active qualified stewardship practices on a farm or ranch
to be claimed for income tax years 2026 through 2030.
