Representatives Evans and Titone, co-prime sponsors, introduced House Bill 24-1062 Warrants for Metro Sewage Disposal Districts. The bill allows a Metropolitan Sewage Disposal District to obtain a court warrant to inspect a property for violations of a US Environmental Protection Agency approved industrial pretreatment program.
