Building Construction Updates - Committee Discussion Only 01:36:19 PM Lance Shepherd, Capitol Complex, updated the committee on current and future building construction projects on and around the Capitol Complex. Mr. Shepherd responded to committee questions concerning the Master Plan. Capitol Vandalism and Repair Updates - Committee Discussion Only 01:38:34 PM Caption Daniel Haley, Colorado State Patrol, updated the committee on the recent vandalism incident that occurred in the Capitol in late January. Mr. Haley discussed the arrest of the suspect, how the vandal entered the complex, and how the State Patrol is moving forward to ensure that this does not happen again. Mr. Haley responded to committee questions. 01:41:26 PM Jeanette Chapman, Legislative Council Staff (LCS), provided an update on the vandalism repairs including the timeline, cost, and process.
