	02:10:15 PM	Representative Lindstedt provided an overview of the draft bill addressing statutory changes to C.R.S. 24-82-108, which contains the committee's authority and responsibilities.
	02:13:10 PM	Committee continued discussion on a pre-draft bill and determined that Representative Lindstedt and President Fenberg will proceed with bill drafting and introduction with input form committee members.
