representing the Department of Corrections, presented the department's
request to rescope the Arkansas Valley Correctional Facility Critical Living
Shower Drain Improvements (Capital Renewal) project. Ms. Boger-Linder responded
to questions from the committee. A CDC staff write-up on the project is
included as Attachment A.

Projects. Eric Rothaus, representing the Treasury, discussed the issuance
of the certificates of participation and its impact on the state's budget.
Mr. Rothaus responded to questions from the committee. Dale Pratt, representing
the University of Northern Colorado, responded to questions from the committee.
