Council Staff, provided an update to the committee on the status of ballot
initiatives regarding property tax (Attachment A).  Mr. Sobetski responded
to questions from the commission.

Trace Faust, Renny Fagan, and Christine Scanlan, all representing Keystone Policy Group, facilitated a discussion among the commission regarding ballot initiatives.
