Senate President Fenberg, sponsor, presented Senate Bill 24-185. The bill establishes new requirements for applications for forced pooling of mineral
interests, and creates rulemaking requirements for the Energy and Carbon Management Commission. President Fenberg responded to questions from the committee. He discussed amendment L.001 (Attachment A).
