Senate Bill 23-026, concerning environmental criteria discrimination.  The
bill prohibits financial institutions that do business in the state from
discriminating against any person based on their environmental impact or
policies. He asked the committee to postpone indefinitely the bill.

The bill codifies the duties of the Office of Future Work and makes changes to state apprenticeship statutes to conform with federal rules.
