introduced Senate Bill 24-186, concerning PERA benefits for coroners.  The
bill expands the definition of "state trooper" for state retirement
benefits purposes to include coroners and deputy coroners. She distributed
Amendment L.001 (Attachment A).

engineers, and land surveyors.  The bill continues the State Board
of licensure for Architects, Engineers, and Professional Land Surveyors
in the Department of Regulatory Agencies through September 1, 2033.
