Senator Hill, chair, called the meeting to order. He invited Mark Heller, Executive Director of the Colorado Educational and Cultural Facilities Authority, to come to the table to introduce the appointees and reappointees to the board: Margaret Henry, Samuel Todd, William Sanden, and Cheryl Cohen-Vader. Copies of the appointees' applications and resumes and the Governor's appointment letter were distributed to the committee (Attachment A). The appointees told the committee about their personal, educational, and professional backgrounds, about why they would like to be appointed or reappointed to the board.
