Mr. Jim Carpenter, vice-chair of the Commission on Judicial Discipline, introduced appointees Courtney Sutton and Emily Tofte Nestaval. The appointees spoke about their backgrounds and about why they wish to serve on the commission.  A copy of the Governor's appointment letter can be found as Attachment A.
