Create Justice Center Maintenance Fund

Capital construction - justice center maintenance fund. The act creates the justice center maintenance fund, which consists of money appropriated by the general assembly to the maintenance fund from the justice center cash fund to be used for controlled maintenance needs of the Ralph L. Carr Colorado judicial center. The judicial department must annually report current and projected expenditures from the maintenance fund to the joint budget committee and capital development committee of the general assembly.
