Suppl Approp Dept Public Health & Environment

Supplemental appropriation - department of public health and environment. The 2018 general appropriation act is amended to balance and make adjustments to the total amount appropriated to the department of public health and environment. The general fund, cash funds, and reappropriated funds portions of the appropriation are increased.

Appropriations made in House Bill 18-1400, concerning an increase in fees paid by stationary sources of air pollutants, is increased.
