Supplemental appropriations - capital construction. The 2018 general appropriation act is amended to balance and make adjustments to the total amount appropriated to the department of corrections. The general fund portion of the appropriation is increased.
The 2017 general appropriation act is amended to clarify a line item capital construction appropriation to the offices of the governor, lieutenant governor, and state planning and budgeting.
