Senators Story and Zenzinger, co-sponsors, came to the table to present Senate Bill 20-006, which concerns changes to the continuing administration of the Colorado Opportunity Scholarship Initiative (COSI).  The co-sponsors provided opening comments on the bill.

Yesenia Flores Salgado, representing herself as a student, spoke in support of the bill.

David Cordoza, representing himself as a student, spoke in support of the bill.

Gwendalynn Roebke, representing herself as a student, spoke in support of the bill.

Lisanne McNew, representing the COSI executive board, spoke in support of the bill.

Shelley Banker, Director of COSI, spoke in support of the bill. Ms. Banker answered questions from the committee. Committee discussion ensued.

Matthew Mason, representing the Aurora Public Schools Foundation, spoke in support of the bill.
