Staff recommendation to accept base appropriation, admin/cm&o and all enterprises. In addition, for footnotes and RFIs to provide MMOF 4 year roll forward authority in CDOT footnote and an RFI for CDOT to provide JBC on July 1st, 2024 how any fee revenue is spent according CRS 38-5.5-102-109 and add footnote that the fee revenue generated by changing telecom providers an annual fee to access the right of way shall only be used to implement permitting process. |
