Brian Tobias and Jennifer Lockwood, DORA, presented on the sunset review report on Nurse Aides. A copy of the DORA sunset review report regarding Nurse Aides was distributed to committee. Draft bill LLS no. 20-0513.02 regarding the sunset review of Nurse Aides was distributed to the committee (Attachment D). Ms. Lockwood described six recommendations regarding the certification of Nurse Aides.
