Senator Gonzales, bill sponsor, presented House Bill 22-1373, concerning prohibiting courts from ordering juveniles to pay restitution to insurance companies.

Elise Logemann, representing ACLU of CO, testified in support of the bill. She talked about restitution to insurance companies and interest rates.  She answered questions from the committee about driver's licenses and restitution.
