Ms. Vanessa Reilly, Legislative Council Staff, discussed some changes made by the Office of State Planning and Budgeting (OSPB) to their FY 2021-22 capital construction priorities. Committee members received a new priorities list (Attachment H). Ms. Reilly discussed the committee's schedule for early February.
