Representatives Exum and Buentello, co-sponsors, presented House Bill 19-1276, concerning the creation of the ninth grade success program in the Colorado Department of Education to provide grants to local education providers.  The bill specifies what the programs must include and what must be included in a grant application.  The bill sponsors distributed Amendments L.001 and L.002 (Attachments E and F) and responded to committee questions.
