The committee was
called to order. All members were present. Brendan Hanlon, Vice President
for University Operations and Chief Financial Officer, and Mike Singleton,
Associate Vice President of Capital Planning and Programming, Colorado
State University (CSU), presented a request to include additional cash
funding for the Veterinary Health and Education Center, a project funding
through certificates of participation under House Bill 24-1231. Mr. Hanlon
provided background on process, and Mr. Singleton provided an overview
of the project. A CDC staff write-up on the request is included as Attachment
A.
