improving the vehicle emissions testing program.

and Jessica Zausmer, representing Earthjustice, presented on indirect source
rule. Ms. Schluntz went over warehouse impacts in Colorado, warehouse facilities
in disproportionately impacted communities. They went over equity impacts
for 2030 and 2040 projections, and discussed the South Coast warehouse
rule case study.
