Mr. Gherardini started the presentation, giving an overview of payroll modernization goals, background, and progress. 10:07:12 AM Ms. Clark gave an overview of the agency listening sessions, working with their stakeholders, as well as challenges, frustrations, and desires regarding the payroll system.
