House Bill 21-1154.  House Bill 00-1351 repealed a provision permitting
a child care contribution income tax credit for an in-kind contribution.
The bill removes all references in statute to this in-kind contribution.
The bill also removes an obsolete provision that was only applicable to
the 1999 tax year.
