Alec Garnett, Chief
of Staff for Governor Polis, introduced the appointee to the position of
Executive Director of the Colorado Department of Early Childhood, Dr. Lisa
Roy. Dr. Roy spoke about her background and about why she would like
to be appointed as Executive Director of the new department. A copy
of the Governor's appointment letter can be found as Attachment A.
