Senator Fenberg presented Senate Bill 20-218.  This bill creates a new fee on fuel products to fund a grant program and a takeback program for Perfluoroalkyl and Polyfluoroalkyl Substances in the Department of Public Health and Environment and to fund the provision of technical assistance to communities.
