The committee came
to order.  Senator Winter and Majority Leader Fenberg, co-prime bill
sponsors, reintroduced Senate Bill 21-103, Sunset Office of Consumer Counsel,
and mentioned they will not be offering Amendments L.005, L.008, and L.009
that were disbursed during the previous committee hearing on 3/25/21. The
bill sponsors stated that they will be offering Amendments L.001, L.002,
L.003, L.004, L.006, L.007 that were also disbursed on 3/25/21 (Attachments
A-F). Public Comments for this bill can be found in Attachment G. Senator
Winter and Majority Leader Fenberg responded to questions from the committee.
