Senator Kolker, Chair,
called the meeting to order. He invited Andy Feinstein, President of the
University of Norther Colorado, to introduce the reappointees to the board
of trustees: Richard Monfort and Brenda Campos-Spitze. The Governor's appointment
letter can be found as Attachment A. The reappointees took turns speaking
about their backgrounds and about why they would like to continue serving
on the board.
