called the meeting to order and invited Ryan Frazier, reappointee to the
Metropolitan State University of Denver Board of Trustees, to introduce
himself. The Governor's appointment letter can be found as Attachment A.
Mr. Frazier spoke about his background and about why he would like to continue
serving on the board.
