Representatives Michaelson
Jenet and Van Beber, co-prime sponsors, introduced House Bill 21-1073 concerning
the creation of a support foster families license plate. To be issued
the license plate, the bill requires a person to make a donation to a designated
nonprofit organization. In addition to the normal license plate fees,
the bill requires that two additional one-time fees be paid. The
fees will be credited to the Highway Users Tax Fund and the Licensing Services
Cash Fund.
