Senators Roberts and Winter, co-prime sponsors, introduced Senate Bill 25-181, concerning the Just Transition Advisory Committee (JTAC). The bill continues the JTAC indefinitely based on a sunset report from the Department of Regulatory Agencies. The sponsors distributed Amendment L.002 (Attachment B). They responded to questions from the committee.

Colorado Counties, Inc. and Routt County, testified in support of the bill.
