The committee returned to order. Senator Holbert, co-prime sponsor, presented Senate Bill 20-186. The bill provides the statutory authority for redistricting in Colorado. He explained amendments L.004 (Attachment H) and L.005 (Attachment I). The chair laid the bill over until later in the meeting.
