Heidi Humphries, Executive Director, Colorado Department of Revenue, Dominique Mendiola, Senior Director, Marijuana Enforcement Division (MED), and Kyle Lambert, Deputy Senior Director, MED, briefed the committee about a legislative audit of the MED. They provided a slide deck (Attachment A).

Mr. Lambert and Ms. Mendiola continued to brief the committee from the PowerPoint presentation. They discussed the scope of the performance audit, addressed some of the findings of the audit, and spoke about some lessons learned by the MED through the audit recommendations.
