sponsors, introduced House Bill 20-1138, concerning supplementing the centralized
inventory of state-owned real property maintained by the Office of the
State Architect to include all publicly owned real property.  By December
31, 2020, the bill requires each state agency, state higher education institution,
and state political subdivision to submit a list of real property owned
or being cared for by the state, institution, or political subdivision.
 The bill requires yearly updates, as well as notification if real
property is sold.  The State Architect must create a database including
this information by July 1, 2021.
