	02:18:32 PM	Susan Kohuth, EUA, gave an overview of her presentation. She spoke about the goals for the renovation of the cafeteria and the different updates that are being proposed.
	02:21:10 PM	The committee was shown images of the proposed design.
	02:32:49 PM	Ms. Kohuth responded to questions from the committee.
	02:41:53 PM	The committee discussed how to move forward on the project.
	02:42:06 PM	Jane Crisler, EUA, gave an overview of a rehabilitation project getting started in the Governor's Office. This renovation will include the flooring, removing the wood paneling, and upgrading the lighting.
	02:49:21 PM	Richard Lee gave an update on the landscaping project. He spoke about what will be brought to the legislature in the upcoming years to get the projects approved and funded.

The effective date for bills enacted without a safety clause is August 6, 2025, if the General Assembly adjourns sine die on May 7, 2025 (unless otherwise specified). Details
