and Joseph, prime sponsors, presented Senate Bill 25-009. The bill requires
various state agencies to recognize and enforce tribal court orders, arrest
warrants, and behavioral health commitment orders. Representative Weinberg
explained the effect of the bill and discussed its need.  Representative
Joseph provide additional input on the bill's merits.
