Bill 23-083, concerning an expansion of a physician assistant's ability
to practice, and, in connection therewith, changing the relationship between
a physician assistant and a physician or podiatrist from supervision to
collaboration. The bill modifies the relationship between a physician
assistant and a physician or podiatrist. Amendment L.023 was distributed
to the committee (Attachment A).
