The bill creates the Mobile Veterans-Support Unit Grant Program in the Governor’s Office of Economic Development and International Trade. The office must administer the grant program to provide funding to a veteran-owned organization. Grants must support two staff members and the purchase of a vehicle to distribute supplies or to transport rural or homeless veterans without access to other transportation.
