The bill refers two ballot measures to voters at the November 2025 statewide
election. Depending on the outcome of these ballot measures, the bill makes
changes to the funding and scope of the Healthy School Meals for All program.
She distributed amendments L.003 (Attachment H) and L.004 (Attachment I)
and responded to committee questions.
