Director, Innovative Funding for Housing Programs, Office of Economic Development
and International Trade (OEDIT), introduced herself and Steve Johnson,
Community Development Director, Colorado Housing and Finance Authority
(CHFA), to the committee. Ms. Cooper and Mr. Johnson presented on the implementation
of Proposition 123 and the status of the Affordable Housing Financing Fund,
including updates on the Land Banking Program, the Equity Program, and
the Concessionary Debt Program.
